🛡️ Warranty

All Havoc Optics eyewear comes with a 12-month warranty, valid only if the product was purchased directly from

and a valid proof of purchase is provided.

❌ The warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches on lenses caused by normal use
  • Damage caused by mechanical impact or pressure
  • Defects resulting from improper or careless use
  • Any scratches, cracks, or other physical damage to lenses or frames

⚠️ Avoid contact with salt water or corrosive chemicals.
Our lenses are not resistant to mechanical damage—please avoid contact with abrasive materials.
Do not store your eyewear in environments where temperatures exceed 50°C (122°F).

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

⏳ Timeframe:

You may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

✅ Return conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, and complete
  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used during purchase

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 calendar days of receiving your return
  • After shipping your return, please email us your tracking number at contact@havocoptics.com

ℹ️ Please include in your email:

  • Return parcel tracking number
  • Original order number
  • Refund account details (if applicable)

🚚 Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for any reduction in value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality
